Protein balls made from chocolate & peanut butter

I love adding peanut butter to this recipe because while it’s relatively high in fat (115 calories per tablespoon), it’s the good variety – unsaturated!

Peanuts are a very good source of vegetable protein and have healthy amounts of vitamins B and E as well as magnesium, iron and zinc.

These balls also contain raw cocoa, chia seeds, flax seeds, and maple syrup.
