High Cholesterol and the GM Diet

0 46

Welcome to the 21st century, where modern man has perfected the art of “fast food”. It may not be entirely true, but thanks to the era of the “global village,” there’s hardly a kitchen left in the factory that hasn’t fallen victim to this trend. It’s certainly the need of the hour in the fast-paced world where so many people no longer have the time or patience to cook healthy meals at home. It is ironic that the very population on whose shoulders the global economy is being built is consuming the world’s most unhealthy diet.

Thanks to these realities, a significant portion of this population suffers from diseases such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. These are none other than the direct consequences of these unhealthy eating habits and lazy lifestyles. The young population is willing to work themselves to death in today’s competitive age, unaware that they can achieve more with a fit body. High cholesterol is just the beginning. It can lead to serious heart disease, which leads to a shorter lifespan.

It’s time for people to take notice of this horror and address it through lifestyle changes. To combat these modern evils, two important steps must be taken. First change your diet. If you are what you eat, then you should eat only the good. As a teenager you should look good and always be ready for the bathing season. To achieve this goal, you need to create a step-by-step plan to measure your progress. Try eating more raw foods like fruits and salads. You might even want to consider looking into that GM diet. You can try this week-long plan once a month. It is great for detoxifying your body and helps you lose up to 5-7 kilograms or 12-14 pounds in a week. Keeping weight under control is a great way to combat high cholesterol.

Second, start pulling your rear end into the gym. It’s unacceptable that a girl or guy in their 20’s or 30’s is out of shape. There’s just no excuse. Exercising should be part of your daily routine. Regular exercise boosts your metabolism and general well-being. High cholesterol levels are incompatible with a healthy lifestyle. Do at least an hour of light exercise every day and rest on Sunday, just like God!

Remember that the future of mankind depends on the youth of the world. So always remember that if you’re going to make it big, you better look like a million bucks too.
