Just start by putting two fingers under your chin and then cupping your mouth around your teeth and then open your jaw really tight about 3/4 of the way and then hold it tight together for about 2 minutes. Do this about 10 times a day for maximum results.

You should start seeing results in about a week to 10 days. Then you should also do some other exercises to get the maximum benefit.
