Optimum Men’s Health and Fitness Guide – The Ultimate Men’s Fitness Tips

1 37

Finding the perfect balance of health and fitness for men is a daunting task these days. There are so many so-called “fitness experts” who will tell you one thing while others will tell you something else. So what fitness tips for men are proven to improve a man’s life?

Let’s take a look at some of the key issues and how best to address them.

WEIGHT LOSS

So much crap comes out on this topic every day. The worse products are usually cleverly marketed diet pills that promise so many results and almost ALWAYS under-deliver!

So what really are the best recommendations for weight loss? I’m going to go hunting here in a moment since I’m not one to sugarcoat things. The best way to successfully lose weight and keep it off is to get your lazy bum up and do something! anything!! Just do what you can.

Humans are naturally lazy and this often causes them to gain weight with each passing chronological year that goes by. The best health and fitness ideals for men come from physical activity. I’m not saying it has to be hard work.

In fact, making men’s fitness a lifestyle and not a chore isn’t hard work at all.

I would highly recommend doing interval cardio for 20-30 minutes 3-5 days a week. That’s only about 3% of your entire day! Are you seriously telling me that you can’t devote 3% of your day to your health and fitness goals?

It doesn’t have to be 20 minutes, 5 days a week. Just start slowly, take small steps, you will eventually get there. If you value your life at all, you should also value good health. These weight loss fitness tips are not that difficult to follow and you will get used to them like anything else in life.

MUSCLE BUILDING

As a rule of thumb, I like to lift weights every other day to build muscle. And typically, your entire muscle building routine can be done in about 20 minutes. Treat yourself to a rest day in between so that your body and muscles can recover. Strength training is a big part of optimal men’s health and fitness.

No time to go to the gym? Invest in a home fitness machine! I highly recommend a Bowflex home gym or Total Gym. A Bowflex is ideal for the ultimate muscle build, while the Total Gym is ideal for toning the entire body and building modest muscle mass.

Not to mention that both are incredibly easy to use. Having a home gym in your house will save you gas and the hassle of driving in traffic to and from the gym!

You see folks, men’s fitness does NOT have to be tough or difficult.

Now that you have a slim and almost perfect body, what’s next?

FACIAL EXERCISES

To complete the ultimate men’s health and fitness plan, I recommend Men’s Facial Exercises. Why? Because in most cases, regular exercise and strength training won’t exactly build chiseled facial features. While building muscle will define your chest and shoulders, it won’t effectively target your face and neck muscles.

What can be achieved through these exercises? How about a chiseled jawline, enhanced cheekbones, elimination of bags under the eyes and double chins? Not to mention the confidence boost that comes with your new look. Imagine what can come from a quick explosion of newfound confidence.

The beauty of facial exercises is that the results come super fast!

They only take about 15 minutes of your day and can be done in traffic, on a plane, or just about anywhere! There are over 50 muscles in the face and it would be naïve to think that we couldn’t also manipulate these muscles and sculpt and define them for enhanced facial features without plastic surgery!

So there you have it guys! The ultimate men’s health and fitness guide and men’s fitness tips in one simple overview!
