Lose Weight Fast – Lose Half Stone In a Week With a Healthy Diet

The rules
Are simple. You follow the diet as described.

Be sparing with salt. During the week, do not eat fats other than those listed.
If there is one food you don’t like then this diet is not for you. No substitutions are allowed, but follow the directions and you’ll lose weight quickly and healthily
Three meals per day are allowed, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and they are listed below for each day in that order.

Monday

Sliced cold chicken. no skin 1 tomato

Mixed green salad with no oil or dressing
1 slice of black bread
1 piece of seasonal fruit
Tuesday
1 piece of seasonal fruit
1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey
coffee or tea
Mixed fresh fruit salad Water or diet drink
Grilled mince steak. Only 350 grams
Tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. no oil
tea or coffee
Wednesday
1 piece of seasonal fruit 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey
coffee or tea
1 can of tuna1 grapefruit
water from diet drinks
Any roast meat
Mixed green salad, no oil
1 tomato

Thursday

Remember, no cheating. Also, drink water between meals when you are hungry. Be sure to drink water between meals. Eat early. Don’t eat after 7:00 p.m.
You will quickly lose weight where you have failed with other diets in the past.
