Russian Air Force Diet – A 7 Day Diet That Quickly Rid Off Few Pounds

Another low-calorie diet making a name for itself in the fitness industry is the Russian Air Force Diet. It was originally developed to keep the soldiers fit. The Russian Air Force diet is similar to the 3-day diet, but instead of lasting three days, the Russian Air Force diet lasts seven days and offers different menus.

While on the A Russian Air Force Diet, people are recommended to drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day. Condiments such as herbs, salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup for eating. Breakfast features 5 and ¼ ounce ham and 1 cup carrots.

Lunch is served with 7 ounces of fried fish and 1 tomato.

Dinner features 8 and ¾ ounces of red meat.

day 6

Breakfast also offers coffee, a piece of toast or crackers.

Lunch is made with a citrus and ¼ baked chicken.

Dinner is served with 2 eggs and 1 cup of raw carrots.

day 7

The last day still has coffee, toast or crackers to offer.

Lunch is served with 7 ounces of red meat and a citrus.

Dinner is made with whatever a person likes, but should be less than 500 calories.
