Invest in a Body, Mind and Spirit Connection to Build Success in Business and at Home

0 16

In these times of economic challenges, people often wonder how to invest their financial resources effectively.

Yet people often overlook the value of investing in integrating mind, body and spirit to build wealth.

When we nourish and integrate these three integral parts of the self, body, mind and spirit, it increases our ability to align with God’s blessing and abundance.

These three strategies can help you invest in yourself every hour of the day.

Body

Incorporate the gentle movements of Chinese yoga for five minutes every hour and you will find that your energy levels are higher, stress is reduced and aches and pains are significantly reduced.

Feed your body whole foods with lots of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.

Invest in regular bodywork, acupressure, and chiropractic adjustments to keep your body fine-tuned. I’m often asked how I keep my body so fit and toned at forty-six years old. In addition to Chinese yoga and Tai Chi, I do body care at least once a month.

Spirit

Chinese Yoga and Tai Chi create a moving meditation process to help you focus your mind and develop clarity.

We know how important a positive mindset is to success. All it takes is an investment of five to ten minutes, several times a day, with mindfulness training (breathing deeply while focusing on positive affirmations and self-talk) to condition our brains to a state of alpha waves, the state , which is deeply connected to peace, clarity and bliss.

When we regularly engage in this positive self-talk, self-esteem improves, clarity about our goals and what we want to achieve improves, and our ability to manifest wealth increases.

Spirit

As we move our bodies through the postures of Chinese Yoga and Tai Chi, with the understanding that every movement is a prayer connecting us to the Divinity of the Lord, then our spirit grows and we experience a true integration of our human forms with ours spiritual forms.

This weekend in Austin, Texas, the city is celebrating the Free Day of Yoga with over 200 free classes across the city. Come and experience Chinese Yoga taught in an integrative and prayerful manner on September 6, 2010, Labor Day.
