Wellness Revolution

There needs to be a revolution – on a grand scale – a wellness revolution. As it stands now, the majority of Americans participate in the disease industry as opposed to the wellness industry.

The health business is reactive. People only become customers when they are affected by or respond to a specific condition or condition. The wellness business is proactive. People voluntarily become customers to feel healthier, reduce the effects of aging, and avoid becoming customers of the disease business.

Everyone should really want to be a customer of this early health approach.

Get these:

  • 61% of the US population is overweight.
  • Obesity has almost doubled since the 1970s.
  • The majority of Americans are not getting the minimum amount of vitamins and minerals needed for optimal health.
  • Chemical flavorings are added to processed foods to ensure “you can’t just eat one”.

We don’t realize that the majority of our ailments stem from what we put in our mouths or what we don’t put in our months. Nutritional deficiencies manifest as mood swings, lack of energy, joint pain, poor eyesight, hearing loss and thousands of other ailments. In the long term, these deficiencies cause serious diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

Here are a few things you can do to take part in the “wellness revolution”:

  • COMMIT to reducing your body fat (if you’re in the 61% of overweight Americans).
  • Start taking supplements every day. PLEASE NOTE and be careful – not all supplements are created equal.
  • Reduce consumption of pre-packaged foods.
  • Eat a vegetable with every meal.
