Carb Cycling – Learn About the Palumbo Diet and What it Shares With the Carb Cycling Diet

Carb cycling has become quite a big sensation in the bodybuilding world. And it’s starting to permeate the lives of ordinary people as well. However, people are starting to wonder about the Palumbo diet and whether it has anything in common with the carb cycling diet. You’re about to find out.

Basically, the Palumbo Diet is an extreme version of the carb cycling diet. What it does is make you eat NO carbs throughout the day, only just before your weightlifting and once a week during your cheat meal.

Like carb cycling, this diet is designed to activate ketosis in the brain, which uses kestones in your body to be stored in fat for energy. This will burn your fat at an accelerated rate while you run out of carbs.

Then you get your cheat meal once a week, which refills you, and you start the process all over again.

So, yes, the Palumbo Diet is very similar to carb cycling, except maybe more in terms of the extreme range of things. But if you’ve ever seen pictures of Dave Palumbo, you’ll know it seems to be working out pretty well for him. He is a bodybuilder after all and has won many competitions in his career which certainly proves his methods. Many other bodybuilders have adopted his diet and used it with great success as well.

It’s really hard to say who actually came up with this idea in the first place, but from the results I’ve seen and if you have the willpower, you will have great success with this diet plan. Just be careful and don’t overdo it. If you do not feel well during this plan, please seek medical attention immediately.
