Our liver produces at least 80 percent of the body’s cholesterol, which is transported into our blood. You can have bad cholesterol, which is harmful to your body, or good cholesterol to keep your body healthy and fit.

Studies show that red grape skin contains resvertrol, which increases the good cholesterol in your body, but red wine should be limited to one glass for both women and men.
Scientists believe that stress also raises your cholesterol levels. It is therefore advisable to take deep breaths when you are tense as breathing proves to be a great stress management tool. Train yourself to focus on all the things that make you feel good, because only a happy mind can make a happy heart. Psychologists suggest avoiding negative thoughts as much as possible and they suggest meditation for you to reduce your body’s inflammatory response.
In addition, cardio exercises are also strongly recommended by many doctors, which are necessary to keep your heart healthier. So add these exercises to your routine. Walk, swim or, if possible, run for half an hour every day. Any of these practices will keep your body and mind fresh. Doctors even suggest moving your hands and legs while watching TV, as it’s better than doing nothing.
