“Mark, I’ve been reading this page for 10 years now and believe this is a treasure trove. The notion that any type of “mandate” would ever be a good idea, let alone conform to the general ideals of personal choice vaunted on this blog, is obviously absurd. No matter if movement is good. Everyone has the right to self-determination. If that means a “sedentary lifestyle” (due to every conceivable situation, such as 3 jobs to pay the bills) then so be it. At a time when busy people are trying to micromanage their fellow human beings instead of removing the splinters from their own eyes, I am dismayed that the ‘exercise mandate’ would even step into this blog forum. “

-I agree with you on the mandates. I was just curious to see what other people think.
