Make it a habit to monitor your data regularly. Whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly, let the frequency determine the changes you make and the effects you tracked. The only way to measure your success is to find out where you have been and how far you have come.
By taking a focused approach to analyzing business data, this company was able to successfully identify a resource gap, create an appropriate plan of action, and measure its success over the weeks and months that followed. In addition to being successful in improving the physical and mental health of its employees, the company created a data-driven system to identify and reduce future attendance gaps.
