Tired of another weight loss diet program that proclaims, “You can finally lose weight now” and the only weight you lose is the weight of the diet scam in your bill fold or purse?

But really, we’re not bears. Most people focus on losing weight the hard way. Now we know you are a smart person, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this webpage. You make decisions every day about what you eat, when you eat, how much exercise you do, how much water you drink and many other little things that add up to a big weight gain for you. Did you know you can gain and lose up to 10 pounds of water weight? So that new diet you are so proud of losing those five pounds on, I’m sorry to say you’re probably going to be right back because you’re dehydrated, once you get properly hydrated back up they’ll be right back! Most people only lose and gain water weight and don’t know it. Water is easily removed and easily returned to the body. You can stagger 10 pounds simply by losing some water weight. A reasonable weight loss makes more sense. It works long-term, helps in fat loss (instead of water) and weight maintenance.

There are even certain exercises that will get your body to burn more calories while you rest (and even sleep)! It is better to learn how to change your weight wisely through a good weight loss plan that includes sensible diet and moderate exercise.
