Health Tip #1: Stop whining and start moving.

Computers, televisions and video games keep us glued to our seats. It often causes us to become less physical than ever before. We tend to forget that we need to move most of the time and start exercising regularly. Just ten minutes of walking can help our bodies get in shape.

Health Tip #2: Water is good for you.

Water is one of the basic things in life. To keep our body well hydrated, make sure to drink plenty of water. If you don’t, you will become dehydrated. It could lead to fatigue and what’s worse, you could have kidney dysfunction. And one more thing, alcohol is not water. Drink it only occasionally or you could develop liver disease.

Health tip #3: Quitting smoking is a must.

Smoking is one of the main factors in lung cancer. I just can’t imagine how millions of people are still attracted to smoking. If you care about your health, you absolutely need to stop. You may find it difficult to quit, but you could start gradually. If you are used to smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day; reduce it to 2 packs and so on.

Health Tip #4: Have a yearly medical check-up.

Some don’t like having their bodies examined because they are afraid of what the doctors will tell them. That is the point. Medical examinations are necessary in order to be able to diagnose possible diseases such as impending cancer or diabetes. Do what’s good for you before it’s too late.
