Health Tips For Men and Women

Here are some health tips you might find useful. I myself survived a major health issue and not only got through it, but emerged from it at the age of 58 in the best health I have ever had.

DAILY EXERCISE:

Lots of walking/running/biking. Bodies like to be worked on, so work on yours. Just think of a tiered approach and don’t overwhelm it.

EMPHASIZE:

Humans are tough creatures, so I’m not too keen on playing the “stress” card. A busy, active, responsible life with a few thrills and treats is recommended. But get enough rest and sleep and give yourself some downtime. Go for a walk and give yourself some space. Make sure you get enough rest and get enough HEALTHY foods and fluids. These sensible measures can go a long way in preventing weight gain, insomnia, headaches, acne, and even hair loss. The body works well until it’s stopped: much of what ails us comes from simply poisoning or harming ourselves

QUIT CAFFEINE AND TOBACCO:

This might be easier said than done, but the health benefits if you pull it off are huge. Believe me I’ve been there! And if I can break these habits, my friend, so can you!

AVOID DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

These are poisons. The pharmaceutical industry works hard to persuade us, under any pretense, to self-medicate – and the drugs advertised are very often disastrous for our health. In many cases good nutrition is the better solution or even prevention and as a technology has taken nutrition back to the Stone Age.

However, pharmaceutical companies cannot make money by making us eat right or take vitamins. In fact, they can’t make money by making us feel good.

GET REGULAR EXAMINATIONS:

I recommend two things: a standard blood test that allows you to monitor cholesterol levels, etc., and regular visits to a kinesiologist.

Kinesiology is a highly advanced technology and in the hands of an experienced practitioner is a wonderful and very accurate diagnostic tool.

This can be used to determine if any organs are not functioning properly and to determine not only the specific herbal/nutritional remedy that will resolve the issue, but also the amounts of that remedy to take. My kinesiologist was able to identify problems early and solve them before they became life threatening that mainstream medicine could never have detected.

Kinesiology really impressed and helped me and I highly recommend them.

GREAT FOOD

They call it a superfood and a “nutrient powerhouse.” In my opinion, this natural, organic, whole food deserves such accolades. It nourishes at a deep cellular level. Since using it I have enjoyed a remarkable resurgence in vitality and general well being. Everything in my whole body just started to work properly. I’ve been so impressed with this amazing product that I’m about to publish a free book that will tell you all about it: what it is, what it does, and why its results are so wonderful. I’m giving it away to anyone who wants a copy. Including YOU, dear reader.
