People now prefer foods that are low in carbs and fat to avoid the few extra pounds. Let’s take a look at what you can eat if you want both flavor and health. All of these foods are low in carbohydrates and you will not gain weight by eating them.
onions -You must be surprised to see this name on the list, but you must know that onions only contain 9% carbohydrates. Aside from that, onions are also high in fiber. Onion works in many ways, as an antioxidant, improves flavor and has various anti-inflammatory compounds. Try to add most meals.
seafood – Rich in flavor, low in carbohydrates, seafood is the perfect combination of flavor and health. Seafood is also rich in iodine, B-12 and omega-3 acids. The nutritional value of fish is world famous. Fish is also recommended by doctors for people with eye problems. You can also eat them grilled.

In fruit you can have apples, oranges, strawberries, pears. If you’re interested in eating dairy, you can have cheese buttercream. Eggs are low in carbohydrates and are a source of omega-3, so you can eat them every day. You can eat all types of meat – chicken, pork, lamb, etc. Most vegetables are low carb and have many benefits – cabbage, broccoli, carrots, spinach, ladyfingers, but don’t eat potatoes. It does more harm than good to your body.

Apart from that, you can include many things in your low carb diet like olive oil, sour cream, nuts, blueberries, butter, coconut, fresh vegetables, sea salt, garlic. You can also consume dark chocolate and dry wine at long intervals. Make sure your wine has no added sugar.
