The Healthiest Alcoholic Beverage – Drinking While Watching Your Diet

1 17

All is good in moderation, the experts say, but which drink is best? This article takes a different approach to drinking alcohol while dieting.

Most people who choose to drink alcohol while watching their diet are drinking in addition to their diet because the beverages they choose aren’t actually benefiting their bodies. I suggest you reverse this theory and consume drinks that complement your diet. This way you can drink alcohol and stay healthy without compromise.

The first thing I want to emphasize is that calories aren’t bad! Calories are what fuel your body, so trying to determine which drink is the healthiest by counting calories is a terrible way to find the answer to this question.

If you are an overweight person trying to lose excess fat, you should exercise while still eating a healthy diet. You can reduce your daily calorie intake to lose weight fast, but you should always exercise while maintaining a healthy diet! If you do want to drink some alcohol, it’s best to choose a drink that complements your diet, rather than one that’s as low in calories or carbohydrates as possible.

Don’t try to eat as few calories as possible, instead replace part of your daily diet with a drink. Include your drink’s calories in your calorie count and remove anything else. Because I guarantee that the drink I’m about to tell you about will replace the calories you’re skipping with the best possible combination of ingredients that will give you all the benefits of your regular diet, with the added bonus of adding some alcohol can drink .

If you’re a fit and healthy person, why compromise your health for a little alcohol if you don’t have to? You can drink and still fill your body with the good stuff.

Let me start with the worst drinks. Anything creamy means saturated fats, and we definitely don’t want saturated fats. Eggnog is simply the unhealthiest; closely followed by Irish Coffee. So if a healthy drink is important to you, avoid these.

What about the lowest calorie drink? Well, water of course, but this article is focused on adding a little spice to your life while staying healthy, so I’ll only talk about tasty drinks. A classic is gin and tonic. Gin is a diuretic, tonic is said to protect against malaria and lime contains vitamin C. But you still get a lot of calories that really do you no good.

Let me emphasize this point. Why consume useless or bad calories if you does not have to?

Gin and tonic is only considered healthier (note I didn’t say healthy, just healthier) if you’re using Diet Gin, but artificial sweeteners aren’t healthy, regardless of calorie content.

So what do we recommend as the healthiest drink? How about a delicious sangria recipe? Low carbs, low fats, lots of vitamins and minerals!

There are only about 150 calories in a glass of sangria, but almost every single calorie is good for you. Most obvious are the vitamins and minerals found in orange juice and fruit, then there are the benefits of a good red wine, and finally the fact that all the ingredients combined fill you with a fairly full range of nutrients your body needs.

when you drink Sangriafill your body with an excellent selection of vitamins and minerals. Includes vitamins A, C and B6, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, manganese, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, some fiber and protein.

You also get a nice array of amino acids, and some of the nutrients are anti-inflammatory and antioxidants.

Sangria is filling and nutritious, but it also makes you feel full faster, with less. But what you consume is very good for you.

Healthy people watch what they eat; People trying to improve their health do watch what they eat, but one point that really needs to be emphasized is:

If you drink alcohol anyway, make every calorie a Well Calorie.

Sangria is very eastern to make and tastes fantastic!
