shows. What is considered a superfood? What Will a Superfood Do for You?

Superfoods are foods that contain more than the average amount of nutrients.
These foods are packed with antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins and more
minerals. They will support your overall health prospects as well as specific areas
such as heart health and cancer risks.
