When I first heard the term “thermogenic foods,” I thought, “OK, that sounds really… expensive.” I soon enough found that I couldn’t be more wrong.

Thermogenic foods are essentially fat-burning foods and spices that boost metabolism. Who knew you could burn fat during or even right after eating? Well, with these 15 kitchen clips, you certainly can.
