It can sometimes be difficult to strictly follow a healthy daily eating plan with today’s busy lifestyle. In an ideal world, people would always eat healthy and therefore would get all of their daily vitamin intake from food alone, but in modern society it’s just too easy to eat junk food and too time-consuming to eat healthy.

The correct daily calorie intake for a woman is 2000 kcal and 2500 kcal for a man. This should only consist of healthy foods rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. They should not contain any junk food or fast food at all. Many people are now taking vitamin and mineral supplements regularly to make up for their poor diet, but this shouldn’t be happening. In this article, I am going to give you a list of foods that should be included in your healthy daily eating plan.

Almonds are on the borderline between a nut and a fruit, but whatever you want to call them, they’re still one of the healthiest foods out there. Packed with fiber, healthy fats, and protein, you should aim to eat about 30g of almonds per day.

phyllium shells

Probably the best way to add fiber to your diet. Physllium shells help you maintain a healthy colon and may even help lower LDL cholesterol levels in your body.

Green tea

Drinking 1-3 cups of green tea daily has many beneficial effects on the body, including lowering LDL cholesterol levels. It is also used to help people lose weight.
