You should try to observe whether your food or certain foods are triggering your anxiety. This can be the case with caffeinated beverages and foods. Caffeine is not good for people suffering from anxiety. It is better to drink a coffee made from roasted barley that does not affect your nervous system.

You can test your food. Eat what you have always eaten for a period of 2 to 3 weeks. Do not add other foods. If you notice more anxiety after certain meals or certain foods, stop eating them. You can then substitute these foods. Find out what kind they are. (proteins, carbohydrates, fats)

Switch to oak flour or rye products instead of wheat products. Soy products can also replace wheat.

Good advice: Eat your salad after you’ve eaten your meat, fish or pasta. Lettuce is watery, especially if you add some spinach. It helps you digest your meal.

If you need something sweet, eat an oak flour biscuit or fruit. Both give you the fiber you need and they also give you the energy you want. So you don’t risk a sugar crash, which would only add to the anxiety and mood swings.

As you can see, a large part of your well-being depends on your meals. Healthy meals make healthy people!

Healthy people experience less anxiety and less stress. And that is actually your goal: a healthy and fear-free life.
