What is a healthy lifestyle? A good passionate career, a comfortable home, a healthy body and good relationships are signs of a good lifestyle.

Likewise, your smile, great energy, stamina, and healthy body encourage your healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is important to live a long and healthy life.

Our life revolves around 3 basic interests which are referred to as Health, Career and Relationships. A good career can solve 50% of your life’s problems. The rest can be solved by following fitness tips and good relationship advice.

Stop worrying and start living

It’s the title of a great book written by Mr. Dale Carnegie. It’s a good book and I encourage you to read it. As mentioned in the title, it is important to stop worrying about uncontrollable things in your life. Stop the negative thinking. Think positive, feel positive and act positive.

A great mindset to overcome difficulties

Our main problems stem from fear, doubt and other conflicts. Everyone faces certain problems in certain areas of our lives. It is the nature of our life experience. That doesn’t mean we should worry. Tensions have a direct negative effect on our health.

Difficulties are a necessary part of our lives. It is almost impossible to avoid them, but we can overcome them with our strength and lifestyle. You cannot adopt a healthy lifestyle if you are constantly worrying about your job and your relationships.

Health

Health is a must to live a healthy life. Don’t forget to follow these fitness tips:

  1. It is recommended to eat 3 to 4 servings of fruit and 6 to 8 servings of vegetables every day. My clients have told me that it’s not easy to do this for more than a week, so I recommend you only eat 1 to 2 servings of fruit a day.
  2. Salad in a 6 inch diameter plate
  3. A glass of juice
  4. 8 glasses of water
  5. Right meals at the right time
  6. Healthy snacking at 11 a.m. (approx. 4 hours after breakfast)
  7. Evening tea (3 to 4 hours after lunch)
  8. Juice or milk after dinner
  9. 10 to 20 minute morning walk
  10. Evening gymnastics, 3 times a week
  11. 8 hours of relaxed sleep at night

The steps recommended above are easy to follow and are the most important factors in a healthy lifestyle. Use these steps in your daily life and tell me about your experiences.
