Know Your Personal Healthy CAUSES!

When it comes to our own health and well being, it is important to remember that we are all different in some ways and there is no one size fits all! For example, while some seem to have very little resistance to pain etc., others possess a significant degree of it! While some people seem to exclusively prefer conventional medicine and medical approaches, some largely seek alternatives, while still others prefer a logical combination of both approaches (often referred to as wellness)! Therefore, it is wisest to fully weigh your options and alternatives in an informed manner and to be aware of your personal health SELECTION, to do what you feel and believe is best for you! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents and why it is important.

1. Circumstances; Cases; Consider; understand; Conclusions: How do your personal circumstances affect and influence your approaches and beliefs? How do specific cases relate to how you might best proceed? Why do you consider certain approaches but not others? How do your personal ideas and perceptions bring you the best conclusions that move you forward?

2. attitude; Attention; aspects; Actions: As with almost everything in life, proceeding with a genuine, positive attitude without wearing rose-colored glasses can produce the wisest personal actions and plans! Are you paying close attention to as many options and alternatives as possible? Will you pay attention to all aspects, past, present and into the future, to help you move forward?

3. Useful / used; common/ unusual; demands: Which approaches are possibly the most useful and serve your personal benefit? Will you consider both common and uncommon techniques and ideas? Do you have certain personal drives that support you in your decisions and reflections?

4. Diseases; strengths/stronger; Solutions: Would you describe your life as mostly healthy or do illnesses and ailments seem to dominate your existence? Can and do you want to use your personal strengths to become stronger and address weaknesses in order to create the best health solution for you?

5. emphasis; efforts; excellence; Persistence: Your personal perseverance usually guides your focus and where to direct most of your efforts in order to achieve the maximum level of excellence!

6. Service; Selection: Your decisions, options, and personal choices must be in your personal best interests in relation to your overall health and well-being!
