Natural Health & Healing – Chinese Philosophy of Regeneration and How the Body Heals Itself

0 53

The philosophy of regeneration and its three principles: The Chinese studied and understood thousands of herbs and determined their effects on the human body for more than 5,000 years. The philosophy of regeneration was formulated to emphasize what the body needs to restore itself to health.

Rather than focusing on any specific ailment, symptom, treatment or remedy, the Chinese philosophy of regeneration focuses on strengthening and protecting the body against the constant barrage of external aggressions and pollutants. When the body is strong and balanced, it will resist disease and infirmity and heal itself as it is meant to.

Principle 1. Your body has the innate ability to create balance, order and health when the body is provided with the right nourishment and toxins are removed from the body.

Principle 2. Proper nutrition should come from a wide variety of whole foods. Most vitamins and minerals on the market today are not whole foods. Although they may come from a plant, when they come out of the lab they are chemical isolates, not whole foods. In addition, the popular juices on the market today do not meet this requirement either.

Principle 3. You must be willing to take responsibility for your health.

The bottom line is that every day we are either getting healthier or sicker on the road to disease. This means that we create health or disease in our body. The good news is that we can choose which direction we want to go in.

The cells in our bodies are constantly being replaced, and based on our daily lifestyle choices and habits, these new cells can either be healthy or unhealthy. There is no in between.

So if we don’t eat the right food and don’t cleanse and detoxify our bodies regularly, these new cells will become weaker and weaker until they reach a diseased state. This means that our health, or lack thereof, is in our hands – not our doctor’s or anyone else’s!

Benefits of a healthy body

So, here’s a question to consider: is your body regenerating or degenerating?

As your body regenerates, you will:

-Feel alive, energetic, strong, healthy, have a sense of well-being, naturally slim,

  • Be active, able to overcome addiction, experience clear thinking, emotionally stable

  • Have good digestion and elimination, good muscle and skin tone, regular menstrual cycles (women)

  • Feel well rested after a night’s sleep, recover quickly from illnesses

Benefits of an unhealthy body

As your body degenerates, you will experience the following health issues:

-Feel tired, depressed, exhausted after a night out

-Have problems with being overweight or underweight

-Experience emotional disorders, premature aging

-Suffer from PMS, allergies, infections, colds, flu, digestive issues (diarrhea, gas, bloating, constipation), high cholesterol, fluid retention, hair and skin issues, migraine headaches

-Experience fertility issues, inability to deal with stress

-Have poor concentration, slow metabolism, poor muscle tone

What would you like to experience: full body regeneration or degeneration? It’s your health, your destiny and your choice!
