Nothing Is More Valuable Than Your Health

How valuable is your health? If you manage to make a lot of money and have a lot of stuff, what good is it if you are not there to enjoy it? That’s right, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have much else. Therefore, your health is quickly becoming one of your top priorities.

Such a shame that the actor who played Tony Soprano recently passed away, as did the father in the fresh Prince of Bel Air. Two very successful actors who died before they should have. It makes me think about our health and it becomes very real. Some of us are even speeding our way to quitting unhealthy lifestyles like drugs. I mention this because recently, under the name Philip Seymour Hoffman, passed away. They found him dead with a heroin shot in his arm. So please stay healthy and avoid harmful activities that are clearly harmful to your health.

You know, I was watching an episode of one of my favorite shows shark tank. Oddly enough, sharks are very concerned about health. You can tell by the dollar they are willing to invest some of the things that they think are good ideas. They like things that are normal sane items. I think maybe it’s because they all know they need their health to enjoy their millions and billions of dollars. Not to mention that if you are in poor health, the costs can be immense. Remember I said one of the main reasons for bankruptcy in the US was healthcare costs or debt. Things can show up pretty quickly, and they can cost you a pretty penny.

It is often said that “prevention is better than cure”. That’s so true! Many don’t take it very seriously until they have had or have a major health issue.

Or maybe someone had a major health issue and overcame it. When that happens, I’m sure they’ll be very grateful. You don’t want to go through that ordeal again. Not taking care of yourself is like playing Russian Roulette. In other words: “Roll the dice”! You don’t want to jeopardize your health or just wish and hope for good health. There are things you can do to improve or maintain your health.

Now remember to go to your doctor. You need to take a break from your busy schedule, plan your day around it, maybe even children’s day. Then you go, wait in the waiting room, wait in the room. Then you have to pick up a prescription, etc. You probably don’t want to leave.

Also, don’t forget those who depend on you, perhaps like your children. We want to play games with the children, read with the children, go to their school events and much more.

So don’t neglect your health and do your best to be as healthy as possible. Your health is too valuable; not only for you, but also for your loved ones.
