Physical Activity Has a Direct Correlation to Overall Wellness,Relaxation, and Mind/Body Connection
Scientific evidence and studies show that the mind and body are actually ONE SYSTEM. So you’re asking, “What does that mean exactly?” Our minds and bodies are not as different as first thought, there is one correlation ie the relationship of your individual spirit to your own unique individual body that houses everything around you! It is considered in science to be at the heart of the problem or reasoning that responds to what is commonly referred to as the philosophy of your unique mind. Unique because when God created you he kept the form and no one but you gets to use your wonderful mind, body and spirit!
While not that simple or distinctive, there are still various concerns about the nature of one’s mind; NOT relative in perception, but primarily focused on the physicality of the body… If you are physically active every day, engage with nature and give your attention to joyful, imaginative information and constantly learn, you will have a healthy mind , body, and increase your opportunities to enjoy a more successful life…
Our brain is an organ in our body, unlike other organs in our body, the brain is a unique thinking organ that preserves wisdom and expands while connecting with the universe. Our brain looks at things, through its own reality, through the reality we perceive, through our actions, inactions and of course our attitude, which is thrown into the mix… Many doctors, artists, students, lawyers, authors, Musician or Entrepreneur has created fantastic or outstanding work, creation or discovery by following the inclinations, by listening to the guidance and guidance of his brain in processing information. When we process and absorb information in our own best digested way, there are no limits to how much we can truly accomplish. We are everything we want to be when we harness the power of our brains to empower our bodies and minds and grant us endless possibilities to thrive in life!~
To make it easier, decide you’re going to have a great day, focus your thinking on intentions that are upward, you’ll get your wish. Invite moving thoughts that show self-love, respect, and testimony as your mind flips the switch to that uplifting, exciting, energetic, life-giving thinking you’re known for! Do relaxing things and feel peace in your mind, in your body and live a more balanced life.
Watch your mind and body work in unison. Follow your actions and intentions. It works by being in tune with your vibration. The mind likes action! It responds by joining you and helping you outline and successfully complete task after task, performed at your discretion and on your own direction… Where the mind goes, the body follows…
The same goes for stimulating your brain, through your thinking, keeping you sharp and focused: it improves neuron receptors, which act as connectors, achieve movement and illuminate the brain, triggering pulsating thoughts and neurons and generating events and bringing thoughts in the fact!
It is scientifically believed that mental alertness and focused focus enhance your brain’s ability with demonstrable and improved functionality. Often, brain awareness and enhancement invites rest, serves as a form of escape from self-imposed stress receptors, stress attraction, or other biological receptors that we allow to affect us…
It’s amazing what a walk around a lake can do for your self-esteem! The clean air, the visual effects, all kinds of neurons, receptors and sensors are affected. Your muscles will warm up and you will feel the blood flow in your thighs and calves. It’s warm and relaxing when the brain is stimulated! You can feel the blood rush to your neck and shoulders as they relax, even your arms feel weightless!
The human brain, or I like to call it the thinking organ, is amazing and science is still learning, revealing much information almost daily about the amazing connection between our thoughts and our overall physical health… We are everything we were made to be would be when we harness the power of our brains to work in unison with our bodies and minds, granting us endless possibilities for prosperous living!
The human brain is so innovative that it can actually rechannelize and recalibrate itself – EVEN INTO OLD AGE…
The only one limiting our brain is ourselves… Keeping ourselves mentally and physically active actually helps us love longer; FEEL PHYSICALLY ENERGIZED AND LIVE LONGER… The spirit-body Connection is undeniable and simply fascinating!
