Simple Hypnosis For Weight Loss And Eating Disorders – Fast And Permanent Results

0 39

I became interested in hypnosis because I had compulsive cravings for sweets and junk food. I’ve struggled with this problem for years. I’ve tried a few methods: different types of diets, changes in eating habits, different nutritional routines, vigorous exercise programs. None of these willpower-based approaches have worked for me consistently. I started researching hypnosis. I saw a lot of positive feedback, so I decided to give it a try

Through hypnosis I got rid of my problem permanently. It was easier than I had imagined. I didn’t feel any deprivation. Gradually, the routine of eating healthy and clean became natural and even enjoyable! As a positive side effect, I easily lost a few extra pounds and reached my goal weight.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and we experience a hypnotic state hundreds of times in everyday life. Whenever we do something automatic, like driving on a familiar road, taking a shower, just before falling asleep at night! During a hypnosis session with a hypnotherapist, one experiences a comfortable level of deep relaxation, light drowsiness, with total control, even when very relaxed. The conscious becomes quiet and drifts away, causing the subconscious to become active and open to positive suggestions. Today, science has thoroughly explored hypnosis. It has been proven that powerful healing and integration takes place in the brain during hypnosis, clearly visible through MRI, EEG (electroencephalogram) and MEG (magnetoencephalogram). Hypnotherapy is widely used in the fields of Western medicine, medicine, and psychology, and professional hypnotherapists can work with nutritionists, physicians, and psychiatrists to achieve more rewarding and better outcomes

HOW SUBCONSCIOUS FALSE BELIEFS CAN SET THE TREND OF YOUR LIFE

We have a conscious intelligence and a subconscious intelligence. Consciousness is responsible for thinking, rationalizing, analyzing, logic. The subconscious, on the other hand, is not logic at all, it is the source of your imagination, feelings and emotions. The subconscious records all of our past life experiences, all of our memories, everything we have ever heard or seen, and also how we felt and how we perceived each experience. It is the part of the mind that controls all autonomic functions in the body, such as heartbeat, breathing, digestive process, blood circulation, liver function, etc. The subconscious is always active in the background and controls most of our daily lives. Our subconscious intelligence controls all our behaviors, attitudes and actions. She doesn’t analyze, she doesn’t distinguish between good and bad. Most of what we do is the product of our subconscious. All the ideas, information, thoughts that we have automatically stored in the subconscious since childhood form a belief system.

These beliefs, in turn, drive your thoughts, feelings, and actions, creating your current patterns of behavior, and ultimately creating your current reality. When you were a kid, your parents, your teachers, your religion teachers were all sources of information. You trusted them. You believed everything they said, even if it was wrong. At that early age you couldn’t filter all the information you received. In fact, from the time you were born until you were 7 years old, your brain was in a constant state of light hypnosis because the rational brain had not yet evolved. If your mom told you, “spinach is good for you,” you believed her. And if your parents would tell you that you are not important, that you are not smart enough, that you are not talented, you believed them too. Then finally, after these false ideas were heard over and over, they were amplified and ingrained in the subconscious, creating false, negative programming.

This conditioning is constantly influencing people’s lives, decisions, and actions without their realizing it. So even if you consciously know what to do to make positive changes, some unconscious limitations, negative programming, are interfering with the results of your goals, sabotaging your success and well-being. For example, at a conscious level, you have a strong desire to achieve a positive goal or make a positive change. You start taking the right actions to achieve it. Your unconscious limiting beliefs, on the other hand, may be sending out a hidden signal opposing this desire.

Your conscious intentions and your subconscious messagesin this case do not match, but conflict. They just don’t have the same goal! You can compare the subconscious to the hard drive in the computer and your limiting beliefs to the software installed on it. To play your music, open and run the media player installed on the hard drive. The current version of the player often freezes and causes problems. So you decide to play your music through the latest version of media player that you don’t have installed yet. You try, but you keep failing. It is impossible as you will never be able to play your music with software that is missing from the hard drive. So the older version of Media Player will keep running your music files over and over!!! In my case, all the steps I had previously taken to cure my food cravings hadn’t worked because I was trying to solve this problem with willpower, hard discipline, and resistance.

These are functions of the cognitive mind which, even if intelligent, has only 5% of the power of the mind. The subconscious, on the other hand, has 95% of the power and controls our thoughts and actions 95% of the time. Also, some limiting negative subconscious beliefs conflicted with my conscious desires. My wrong conditioning would associate healthy eating with suffering and deprivation, unhealthy eating with pleasure and reward. So my subconscious kept activating a self-protection alarm to prevent painful experiences from occurring and sabotaging the positive change over and over again.

It’s not that easy to change unconscious false, limiting conditioning, replacing many years of negative thinking, just by willing it or by using your willpower and awareness. The subconscious is much stronger and more stubborn than the conscious mind. So in the end it always wins the fight. Scientific facts state that the subconscious can process about 400 billion bits of information per second, while the conscious mind can only process 4 thousand per second!

Through hypnosis it is possible to remove the old useless software that is causing your computer (your subconscious) to freeze and install new software that will allow you to run the program you want. Hypnosis allows you to permanently change your negative conditioning and replace it with a true, healthy belief pattern that is aligned with your conscious intentions and aligns conscious desires with unconscious healthy beliefs. Only when you achieve this alignment can you successfully manifest your goals. Only through lasting positive and healthy changes in your subconscious will you be able to achieve lasting positive changes in your life!
