This is a common question and I think we all know the answer, but somehow we’re still not convinced enough to be self-conscious about our health and fitness. Whether theoretical or practical, we are regularly confronted with many things that tell us how important fitness is. Fitness isn’t just about being strong or going to a fitness class, it’s about being healthy. You don’t have to be fit to fight and beat someone, but you do need fitness to live your life healthily. Fitness isn’t just about exercise, it’s also about following your daily routine properly. Let’s start at the beginning. You get up in the morning and get ready for the office, but you don’t feel good because you didn’t sleep well last night, whatever the reason. Since you are not well now and you feel tired, you cannot concentrate on your work. Good sleep is a very important part of our daily routine. A good night’s sleep can make your day good, but poor or incomplete sleep will definitely ruin your day. An average man needs at least six to seven hours of sleep a day. People often think why they need enough sleep to stay fit. I think I’ve already explained that.
The second is our diet. Our food keeps us going. If you want to stay healthy, it is important to eat fresh and healthy. Let’s take an example. You get up late in the morning and skip breakfast because you’re late for the office. At the office you ate fast food for breakfast and that day your digestive system was out of control. You couldn’t concentrate on your work or anything else. This is the importance of a healthy diet.
I haven’t discussed the exercise part yet. I think people already know this because the very first thing that comes to mind when we hear about fitness is exercise. I agree that exercise is also an important part of fitness, but it’s worthless if you don’t do the above two things right. I mean, if you don’t sleep properly and eat healthily, you won’t get any benefit from your fitness classes, even if you won’t be able to exercise properly if your body isn’t in good shape. Always remember that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, so you need to stay fit.
