Just turn on the news and you’ll hear about the latest company downsizing, resizing, slowdowns, restructuring, economic downturns or, as the financial advisors say, the economic winter. What about you? All this bad news and at work you are burnt out, mentally and physically exhausted. Have you wondered – “at what price?”

As your responsibilities grow, your shoulders weigh down with the burden of your life, which is becoming busier and more stressful by the day. With constant worry, more responsibility and more work, life becomes hectic. Our heads become heavy with fatigue and dizziness; This is enough to not only make you tired, but also make you sick. Very sick.

Stress can be different for different people. For most of us, stress is commonly caused by feelings of having too much work, not enough time, financial losses, and feeling out of control, all of which lead to thoughts that can make you depressed. Everyone suffers from stress at some point in their lives, but the real challenge is to overcome and kill the stress that is building inside you, and NOT be killed by it.

Decreased concentration: Inability to concentrate on work, which can lead to wrong decisions.

Stress also affects your ability to work. When you’re stressed, you’re less productive, more prone to accidents, make more mistakes, get sick, and miss work. 6. Find someone to talk to: People who hold back their emotions are at greater risk of developing more ailments and illnesses. Find someone you can trust to share your feelings with perhaps a colleague, family member, friend, or therapist. When you share your feelings with someone else, you create an opportunity to feel less alone, supported, and more connected to others around you. In other words, less stressed.
