Kerala is undoubtedly the center of Ayurveda treatment, but many other parts of the country also have good Ayurveda hospitals and centers. Delhi is emerging as a preferred destination in North India to enjoy authentic Ayurvedic therapies and massages.

Ayurveda is the science of health and wellness. It not only eliminates the diseases but also teaches us how to prevent diseases through a healthy lifestyle. The best thing about Ayurveda is that it is natural and has no side effects. Ayurveda treats the human body as a mixture of five elements (earth, fire, water, sky and air). It is controlled by three energies (vatta, pitta and kapha).

A person stays healthy when these energies are in balance, but when any of these elements exceed the limit, the body becomes ill. For a long and healthy life it is very important to keep all three energies in balance.

Ayurveda cures common diseases and is also helpful in addressing lifestyle-related issues. Ayurvedic medicines include powders, herbs, medicinal oils, tablets, etc.

Ayurveda offers a wide range of therapies and massages. Panchkarma is a well-known therapy for purifying the body through five processes, namely, vomiting, enema, nasya and blood purification.

There are numerous Ayurvedic massage centers in Delhi that offer different types of body massage. Even if you don’t have any illnesses, the Ayurveda massage is beneficial. It improves blood circulation and removes toxins from the body. The Ayurveda massage strengthens muscles, joints and bones. It is an effective way to rejuvenate your body.

If you are not healthy, you cannot fully enjoy life. Good health includes many other virtues such as sharp mind, boldness, impressive personality, physical and mental strength, good looks, etc.

Yoga and Ayurveda are highly recommended for anyone who desires a healthy body, a calm mind and a long and happy life.
