Weight Loss After Pregnancy

It is not recommended that you start punishing yourself with dieting by restricting your food intake, especially after pregnancy. You are expected to breastfeed your child for around 6 to 9 months, which is much more important than regaining their usual appearance. You need to eat healthily for the baby.

Eat well and exercise. Make sure your meal consists of all the nutrients that are needed. Play badminton matches with some friends on the weekends so you can have fun and reconnect after your 9 month vacation.
