You should also avoid mayonnaise as it also contains vinegar.

It is good to eat yeast diet vegetables like cabbage, peppers and broccoli. Okra, celery, green beans, cucumber, lettuce, radish, garlic, onion, and tomato can all be eaten. There are many more vegetables that you can enjoy as well. Eat plenty of vegetables while on the yeast diet.

Many fruits produce sugar and all fruit juices should be avoided because of the sugar they contain. There are several fruits that you can enjoy on the yeast diet. Peaches, plums, kiwis, oranges, persimmons, tangerines and apricots are some of the fruits you can enjoy. Even green apples and grapefruit are good for candida. They contain acid that kills yeast.

Some of the best available meats to help you with Candida are pork, fowl and other fowl, beef, sausage, goat and lamb. Some of the best seafood for the yeast diet include shrimp, wild salmon, catfish and other freshwater fish, squid, cuttlefish, halibut, cod, flounder, snails, and red snapper. Bass and all types of trout are good for candida infections.

It is important to drink plenty of water. Water will flush the toxins out of the body. Drink spring water and some distilled water every day.

You don’t have to stay on the yeast diet forever, either. When you are cured of candida you can return to a normal diet. However, it is recommended to stick to this yeast diet. You will feel better and the candida will not return as long as you are on the yeast diet.
