Granted, I’m not the biggest matcha fan. I know, I know … unpopular opinion, right?
In drink form, it’s just not for me! But baking is all about matcha-flavored baked goods. Especially that Chocolate Matcha Banana Bread.
The combination of smooth vegan vanilla matcha protein powder with rich chocolate and sweet banana is just perfect.

Chocolate Matcha Banana Bread
- Preparation time: 5 minutes

instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Put all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor and mix to a smooth and even mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let cool completely before lifting out of the loaf pan, slicing and serving.
