The smoothie diet is undoubtedly one of the easiest ways to lose weight without starving yourself or depriving yourself.

We all want a quick and tasty weight loss program, right? Who wants to feel disadvantaged? Certainly not me! And I bet you don’t want to deprive yourself either.

I’ve found that the most convenient and super delicious way to lose weight fast is to make your own smoothies at home. The smoothies are so easy to make. They taste great. You can easily take them to work or school or wherever you need to go.

You know how we’re always told to eat more fruits and vegetables in our diet? Well, fruits and veggies are packed with vitamins and other essential nutrients our bodies need—plus, most fruits and veggies are high in fiber and low in calories.

So what do you get when you mix delicious sweet fruits with some veggies and some crushed ice? You get a low-calorie meal replacement that fills you up and also helps you lose weight.

When I first went on a smoothie diet I lost over 10 pounds in just over 2 weeks! And I was never hungry. I filled up on delicious low calorie natural smoothies and the weight fell off so easily!

Well, some of you may have bought those expensive smoothies from Jamba Juice or a neighborhood smoothie shop. They’re so damn expensive, and often these stores use fruit with added sugar to give you those extra calories.
