No More Lose Belly Fat

0 47

Are you one of the millions trying to lose belly fat? Well if you are, you are not alone. Don’t worry, with a good six pack diet and some exercise, you can have a nice and toned six pack in no time.

The first and most important thing to remember is that you need to eat well. This diet should consist of healthy eating, calorie restriction and drinking plenty of water.

Let’s talk about healthy eating first. I recommend eating organic whenever possible. Most grocery stores these days carry a full range of organic meats and produce. It contains fewer preservatives and is best for you all round. If you can’t find organic where you live, just make sure you stay away from unhealthy fats and junk food.

Your calories should drop by about 500-750 calories per day. You can usually find calorie counters online for free. Find out what your current calorie intake is and lower it. Try to stay at that level six out of seven days a week. On the seventh day you can eat a little. That way, your body still knows it can eat and you have something to look forward to all week.

Drink lots and lots of water. This is extremely important. Keep a water bottle with you at all times and just keep sipping. Before you know it, you’re down 5 or more liters in a day. If you are tired of the water and want a change, green tea is also good for your weight loss. It has been shown to help speed up metabolism and improve weight loss.

You should exercise at least 4 times a week. Mix it up a bit between cardio and strength training. This will boost your body’s metabolism to help with weight loss as well. You want to get your heart racing to burn off those calories.
