5 Delicious Ways To Make Your Dukan Diet Menu And Recipes Taste Amazing

0 32

Eating bland, unappetizing food is never a good idea if you can avoid it. Some people make the mistake of thinking that the Dukan Diet should be tough, that if it’s easy, it can’t be good. Nothing is further from the truth! You don’t have to starve to lose weight, nor do you have to eat boring, boring food. In this article, I’ll take a look at five foods that will add delicious flavor to your Dukan diet menu.

1. Mustard and horseradish

You can add instant flavor to your food by adding a little mustard. Both French and English mustard are allowed in all phases of the Dukan diet. Horseradish gives meat its very own spiciness and is also allowed in all phases. If you like Japanese food, wasabi, a type of horseradish sauce, and ginger are allowed. These go well with fish, which is why they are often served with sushi.

2. Vinegar

You can use all kinds of vinegar as a condiment. In my opinion, the most delicious vinegar is at least balsamic vinegar. This gives salads and meat a sweet and sour taste. You can add vinegar to foods at all stages of the diet.

3. Pickles and pickled onions

Diced cucumbers and pickled onions can be added to your food to add flavor and crunch. You can add these, considered a condiment, during the attack phase, but if you eat a lot of them you need to consider them a veg and only eat on a protein and veg day.

4. Sweeteners

You must not add any additional sugars while on the Dukan Diet. However, if you have a sweet tooth and want to make sweet desserts or consume sugar in your tea and coffee, you are allowed to replace sugar with sweeteners. Sweeteners can be used at all stages of the diet.

5. Vanilla and Cinnamon

Vanilla can be added to your food from either vanilla beans or vanilla essence. The pods are expensive, but a few drops of vanilla essence will cost you pennies. For a sweet spiciness that can be enjoyed with either sweet or savory dishes, cinnamon is a valuable addition to the Dukan diet. For a delicious treat, mix together half a liter of skim milk, a few drops of vanilla essence and add sweetener to taste. You can enjoy one of these milkshakes every day, even during the attack phase.
