Genasante is a wellness company currently in pre-launch. The CEO, Monte Taylor, Jr., is a seasoned direct sales professional with over 25 years of experience. He is also a speaker, team builder and master business coach.

The company’s mission is to “improve global health by providing science-based wellness and longevity products.” They make safe and natural products like 21-day cleansers, mud baths, face and body products, and even edibles like olive oils and balsamics.

What type of compensation plan does Genasante offer?

As with most wellness products, many reps start by buying a quantity of product at wholesale price and selling it at retail. As part of Genasante’s pre-launch package, sales reps can purchase a starter pack for approximately $130. Retail value for this is $175. Each package contains multiple products and training tools. Other packages are also available for investments of up to around $1000.

Genasante offers five earning opportunities, as well as five generational matching tiers, a global incentive pool, fast start bonuses and team volume bonuses. Their compensation program is comparable to most nutritional product MLMs, with perhaps fewer earning opportunities (compared to 8-10 earning opportunities and incentives in other programs). However, the quality of the pools, rewards, and retail program seems just as potentially lucrative as other nutritional product opportunities.

A fundamental problem with Genasante

Most MLM companies like Genasante suffer from a common network marketing syndrome. It’s referred to as the old “Friends and Family” technique. Many new Representatives join MLMs and are immediately encouraged to sell products to their friends and family. But this is a tried and failed approach that will leave many frustrated and discouraged in their decision to go with Genasante.

Teaming up your acquaintances and trying to sell them products can give you a boost of support in your early days. But what if you could instead reach thousands of convertible customers every day via the internet?
