Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Antioxidants – A New Improved Source

As a result of the ongoing wellness revolution, more and more people are learning that they need to add quality supplements to their diet to prevent and reverse a variety of chronic degenerative diseases. Although the ideal dietary ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids is 1:1, it is typically in the range of 1:20 to 1:50. An estimated 85%-95% of North Americans are omega-3 deficient.
