Russian Air Force Diet – A 7 Day Diet That Quickly Rid Off Few Pounds

Another low-calorie diet making a name for itself in the fitness industry is the Russian Air Force Diet. It was originally developed to keep the soldiers fit. The Russian Air Force diet is similar to the 3-day diet, but instead of lasting three days, the Russian Air Force diet lasts seven days and offers different menus.

While on the A Russian Air Force Diet, people are recommended to drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day. Condiments such as herbs, salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup for eating. On the first day To follow the Russian Air Force Diet, dieters are only allowed to have coffee for breakfast. The next meal consists of 2 eggs and a tomato. Dinner is served with 7 ounces of red meat and a green salad. While this diet is low in calories, eats lean meats, and fruits, it can be adjusted to provide adequate calorie counts. It is low in energy and people are advised to avoid exercising as it does not contain many carbohydrates that muscles use for fuel.

A Russian Air Force diet should not be prolonged beyond the 7-day period as this is already counted as a deficiency in essential nutrients. Side effects include drowsiness and poor concentration. It’s a 7 day diet that will shed a few pounds fast. After the period, people are encouraged to eat sensibly again. Here are the remaining menus for the remaining 6 days.

day 2

Breakfast includes coffee and a piece of toast or 3 crackers.

Lunch includes seven ounces of red meat and a green salad.

Dinner is served with 5½ ounces of ham and 1 cup of yogurt.

day 3

This day still offers coffee and toast or crackers for breakfast.

Lunch is served with a green salad and 1 tomato and 1 orange or tangerine.

Dinner is prepared with 3½ ounces of ham, fruit salad and 2 eggs.

day 4

Start the day with coffee, a piece of toast or crackers.

The second meal consists of 5 and ¼ ounce Gruyere cheese, 1 egg and 1 carrot.

Dinner is served with fruit salad and 1 cup of yoghurt.

day 5

Breakfast features 5 and ¼ ounce ham and 1 cup carrots.

Lunch is served with 7 ounces of fried fish and 1 tomato.

Dinner features 8 and ¾ ounces of red meat.

day 6

Breakfast also offers coffee, a piece of toast or crackers.

Lunch is made with a citrus and ¼ baked chicken.

Dinner is served with 2 eggs and 1 cup of raw carrots.

day 7

The last day still has coffee, toast or crackers to offer.

Lunch is served with 7 ounces of red meat and a citrus.

Dinner is made with whatever a person likes, but should be less than 500 calories.
